Established in Mackay, Queensland, in 1983, Cougar Developments has specialised in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Hospitality/Leisure property sectors as a developer, builder, and investor, active in the Mackay/Whitsunday, Gladstone, and South-East Queensland regions.

Cougar Developments was established by its continuing Managing Director, John Cowley, a Registered Housing and Commercial Builder accredited with Diploma in Advanced Building Techniques and Advanced Business Management.

Cougar’s efficient management team is responsible for all Development Management, Construction Management, and Property Management functions, supported by an experienced Administration team.
